نحن نحرص على رضا عملائنا، لذلك نوفر سياسة استبدال واسترجاع واضحة وسهلة.

مدة الاستبدال والاسترجاع

يمكنك طلب الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع خلال 14 يومًا من تاريخ استلام الطلب.

شروط الاستبدال والاسترجاع

لكي يكون المنتج مؤهلاً للاستبدال أو الاسترجاع، يجب أن:

* يكون غير مستخدم وغير مغسول.
* يكون بحالته الأصلية مع جميع البطاقات المرفقة.
* يكون داخل العبوة الأصلية.
* يتم تقديم إثبات الشراء (رقم الطلب أو الفاتورة).

بعد مراجعة الطلب، سنرسل إليك تعليمات إتمام عملية الإرجاع.

يرجى عدم إرسال أي منتج قبل التواصل معنا أولًا.

المنتجات التالفة أو الخاطئة

يرجى فحص الطلب فور استلامه. إذا استلمت منتجًا تالفًا أو به عيب تصنيع أو تم إرسال منتج غير صحيح، يرجى التواصل معنا خلال 48 ساعة من الاستلام حتى نتمكن من حل المشكلة في أسرع وقت.

المنتجات غير القابلة للاستبدال أو الاسترجاع

لا يمكن استبدال أو استرجاع المنتجات إذا كانت:

* تم استخدامها.
* تم غسلها.
* تعرضت للتلف بعد الاستلام.

ويستثنى من ذلك المنتجات التي بها عيب تصنيع.

تكلفة الشحن

يتحمل العميل تكلفة شحن الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع، إلا إذا كان السبب وجود عيب تصنيع أو إرسال منتج خاطئ.

استرداد المبلغ

بعد استلام المنتج وفحصه، سيتم إخطارك بنتيجة الطلب.

وفي حالة الموافقة على الاسترجاع، سيتم رد المبلغ خلال 3 إلى 7 أيام عمل بنفس وسيلة الدفع - إن أمكن.

Return & Exchange Period

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must:

* Be unworn, unused, and unwashed.
* Be in its original condition with all tags attached.
* Be returned in its original packaging.
* Be accompanied by proof of purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, items that have been:

* Worn
* Washed
* Damaged after delivery

cannot be returned or exchanged unless they have a manufacturing defect.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 3–7 business days using the original payment method, where applicable.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
