نحن في Femi Rest نسعى لتوصيل طلباتكم بأسرع وقت وبأفضل خدمة.

تجهيز الطلبات

* يتم تجهيز الطلبات خلال 1–2 يوم عمل بعد تأكيد الطلب.
* لا يتم تجهيز أو شحن الطلبات خلال العطلات الرسمية.

مدة الشحن

* داخل مصر: عادةً ما يتم التوصيل خلال 2–5 أيام عمل، وقد تختلف المدة حسب المحافظة وشركة الشحن.

رسوم الشحن

* يتم احتساب رسوم الشحن عند إتمام عملية الشراء، وتظهر قبل تأكيد الطلب.

تتبع الطلب

عند توفر رقم تتبع، سيتم إرساله إليك حتى تتمكن من متابعة حالة شحنتك.

تأخير الشحن

قد تتأخر بعض الشحنات بسبب الظروف الجوية أو العطلات الرسمية أو ظروف خارجة عن إرادتنا. سنبذل قصارى جهدنا لإبلاغك بأي تأخير.

عنوان الشحن

يرجى التأكد من صحة بيانات وعنوان الشحن قبل إتمام الطلب. لا نتحمل مسؤولية أي تأخير أو عدم تسليم ناتج عن إدخال بيانات غير صحيحة.

الطلبات غير المستلمة

في حال رفض استلام الطلب أو تعذر التسليم بسبب بيانات غير صحيحة، قد يتم تحميل العميل رسوم الشحن وإعادة الشحن.

Shipping Fees
